Have a ‘Ball’ Making New Friends this Fall

on

Looking for ways to stay active and involved on campus? Intramural sports are a great way to be competitive, meet other students and have some fun. Games begin the week of September 9 and everyone is welcome to play, free of charge. Fill out a waiver online or at the event itself before participating. If you want to be placed on a team, you should sign up by September 4. Note – if you don’t sign up by September 4, you can still come out and play on a game-by-game basis.

· Soccer games will be on Mondays in the field behind Muntz Hall (near Blue Ash elementary) from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

· Flag Football games will be on Wednesdays in the field behind Muntz Hall (near Blue Ash elementary) from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Gear up and get ready to interact with fellow students – and possibly even some faculty and staff – while having a good time! “Intramurals are a great way to get involved because an even playing field is guaranteed. Our ‘just for fun’ atmosphere ensures friends, fun, and some healthy competition to get the semester started,” says Maddie Munro, a former UC Blue Ash student ambassador who is serving as the intramurals student intern this year.

If you have questions or need more information, contact the Student Life & Engagement office at bastdlfe@uc.edu or (513) 745-5773.

*UC Bearcat will not be at the games*
